When ordering from our site, in all cases the prices you see include free delivery to most of the mainland UK. However, there are some postcodes we cannot deliver to. Please see the table below to check if the first part of your postcode is listed. If your postcode is not listed, we may still be able to deliver to you. Just call us on 01767 834011 for a quote.

We use a national pallet network to deliver the majority of our products. Bark, compost and woodchip goods are delivered on a non-returnable wooden pallet.

Most products are delivered on pallets in which case 18-tonne lorries with tail lift (about dust cart size) are used and this is made on a kerbside delivery basis. We will do our best to deliver as close to the property if access allows and by prior arrangement. This will be subject to the driver/courier’s discretion at the point of delivery. As a pallet trolley is used to unload It is not possible to move pallets over loose surfaces or lifted over any steps, hedges or fences so please check before ordering. We are not able to carry materials up paths or to rear gardens. Access to sites must be on hard roads over which a vehicle can pass without sustaining or causing damage of any kind.

Please be aware that we cannot deliver on to gravel drives as we are unable to pull pallets over the gravel. In cases where we can unload the pallet straight on to the gravel drive, we will endeavour to deliver.

We do not have vehicles available with cranes and forklifts

Please ensure there is adequate area and access for the vehicle to unload as a failed delivery could incur a charge

Any orders to be returned to us must be notified to us by telephone. If the products are already in transit there will be charge of a minimum of £39.25 + vat per pallet, or the actual cost of delivering and returning the goods via the Pall-Ex pallet distribution network. If the goods have to be returned because of poor access or any other reason for not being able to drop the goods then the cost of delivery will be charged for both the outward and return delivery.

Once your order has been received a member of our team will process the order and allocate a delivery date. We will then call you within 24 hours to notify you of the chosen delivery date and make sure it is convenient for you to receive your order on the given date.

We use a national pallet distribution network to deliver our products. The companies we use are part of the Pallet track, Pall-Ex and Palletways pallet distribution services.
